Initial Nutrition Consultation

90 minute 1:1 introductory session either online or face to face (local to Brighton and Hove) where I get to know more about you, your lifestyle, your sport and ultimately your goals. You can bring any relevant health information with you for your session or submit via email. From here, if you are happy, we will create a plan that is right for you to optimise nutritional health.

Nutrition Consultation

45 minute 1:1 support sessions either online or face to face (local to Brighton and Hove), where I will devise a tailored plan based on your personal nutritional needs, sporting goals and lifestyle.

* these sessions can only be booked after an initial consultation.

A personalised Nutrition plan including a weekly food plan with full macronutrient and calorie breakdown aimed at helping you achieve your goals. For those who are already on track to their goals but want assistance devising a meal plan to support this without a consultation. Just complete a questionnaire with some information on you and your training and you're set to go!

I completed my Undergraduate and Masters studies at Exeter University, graduating with degrees in Sports and Health Sciences specialising in nutrition. I then went on to complete a level 7 Diploma in Sports Nutrition at the Centre for Integrative Sports Nutrition. I am a registered Sports Nutritionist.

My approach combines nutritional science with practical, evidence based advice, ensuring athletes can implement strategies effectively in their training. Every client that works with me gets a unique plan devised just for them - because as human beings, we are unique and should be treated as such.

As a registered sports nutritionist with expertise in enhancing athletic performance through tailored nutrition, I am trained in body test analysis including in-depth body composition, genetics and blood tests to look for any deficiencies or traits that might influence your nutritional needs. This, combined with your sporting goals and training load, will allow me to devise a unique plan for you to optimise your performance and have you feeling your best.

How can I book an appointment?

Firstly, I'm so excited that you have chosen to work with me. Please reach out using the contact page or by submitting an inquiry via the link.

Do I need to do anything before/bring anything to my appointment?

Before your initial consultation I will send over a questionnaire for you to complete - this gives me some background and health status information. Filling this out beforehand, allows more time during your appointment to discuss you and your goals. If you haven't completed the form prior to our meeting, don't worry we can go through it together. Feel free to bring any medical history or test results with you and a recent weight measurement is useful. Otherwise, just arrive as yourself and I look forward to meeting you.
